The Role of Customer Perceived Ethicality in Explaining the Impact of Incivility Among Employees on Customer Unethical Behavior and Customer Citizenship Behavior.Yu-Shan Huang, Shuqin Wei & Tyson Ang - 2021 - Journal of Business Ethics 178 (2):519-535.

In turn, (...)

Situating Legislated Rights: legislative and judicial role in contemporary constitutional theory.Lael K. Weis - 2020 - Jurisprudence 11 (4):621-631.

In doing so, the essay situates the work within contemporary scholarship and adopts a broadly comparative lens — a perspective that is mindful of key developments in constitutional law and theory (...)

Don't let perfect be the enemy of better: In defense of unparameterized megastudies.Wei Li & Joshua K. Hartshorne - 2024 - Behavioral and Brain Sciences 47:e53.

We argue that while “systematic” is rarely achievable, “comprehensive” is often enough. Critically, the recent popularization of massive online experiments shows that comprehensive studies are achievable for most cognitive and behavioral research questions.
